Chapter 116 of the Nevada Revised Statutes is the predominant statutory body of law that regulates common interest communities created on or after January 1, 1992, in the state of Nevada. Certain common interest communities created before January 1, 1992, may also be governed by Chapter 116, and small communities with less than 13 units may be excepted. This edition includes updates that became effective in 2022.
