Description
A “Code of Conduct for Directors” should be included within the governing documents of every condominium and homeowners association to enable acting and prospective directors, and association members, to understand and reference the duties and responsibilities of the association’s directors and to facilitate the resolution of issues pertaining to a particular board member’s conduct. This form sets forth a Code of Conduct for an association’s directors. The form should be presented to, considered and adopted by a resolution of the association’s board of directors.
